Fitness Friday

I decided to join in on Fitness Friday over at Life is a Canvas. I really need to get in shape a little bit before school starts, so I thought this was the perfect oppurtunity!


So here's what I did for my workouts:

Monday, August 2, 2010
-Jogged/Speed walked for 30 mins.

Tuesday, August 3, 2010
-Jogged/Speed walked for 15 mins.
-60 Crunches
-40 Bicep curls with 5 lb. weights
Thursday, August 5, 2010
-40 Crunches
-20 Bicep curls with 5 lb. weights
{I slacked off on Wednesday, and today... oops!}
Overall, I think I did pretty good for being so out of shape. I'm definately feeling the soreness though! I'm hoping to continue throughout the school year, so we'll see how that goes! :)
