Day 2- Chocolate Rolo Cookies:
Mmmm, don't they look scrumptious? This has got to be the easiest cookie recipe ever. This chocolate cookie has a sugar coating on the outside with a melted Rolo in the inside. When you bite into the cookie, the rolo just melts in your mouth! You've got to try this one! (:
Here is the recipe:
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 9 minutes
1 pkg. Devils's Food Cake
2 eggs
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup oil
- Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Use a small scoop to make small balls, and place a Rolo inside the ball. (You might want to roll it around in your hands to make sure the Rolo is in the middle of the ball.) Roll in sugar.
- Put on a baking sheet with parchment paper, and bake for 9 minutes at 350 degrees!
**FYI: Cookies will flatten out in oven!**
